Here comes another residential refurbishment project right next to the University of Leicester and designed by Boden Associates. This project is a refurbishment of the existing neglected bulding to provide 13 flats of various sizes from 2 to 6 beds and hopefully the works will be starting on site very soon .

The building hasn’t been looked after in recent years, but this developement will see the building put back to use and provide much needed accommodation in a great area.
